What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges for local delivery are £20, this covers areas LS1-LS12, outside these postcodes for the rest of Leeds, Bradford, Halifax and surrounding areas prices may vary depending on location, for a delivery price contact the store. Delivery using private courier also depends on location, all quotes contact the store.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop

We are only offering payments by Paypal online, for card payments or to pay with cash customer can come and pay inside our branch.

I want to buy a product using cash?

For customers wanting to pay by cash contact the store and arrange a collection, we will not hold any items until payment has been received.

How long will delivery take?

Local delivery will usually take 2-3 days. This is the same for deliveries around the rest of Leeds and surrounding areas such as Bradford and Halifax. Delivery by private courier will usually take 4-6 days. The courier will contact the customer and arrange the delivery details.

I've bought my item and don't want delivery?

For orders without delivery, once payment has been made you must contact the store to arrange a date and time on when you would like to collect your purchase. All items will be wrapped up and stored in our warehouse.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After an order has been completed the customer will receive a full invoice showing the details of their order. For orders selecting delivery, the customer must contact the store to arrange the delivery once the payment has been made. Orders without delivery must contact the store to make a collection, the item can be collected anytime.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

All customers with successful orders will receive a full invoice with their purchase.

How do I pay for delivery using other?

Delivery charges must be paid to the delivery guys on arrival with your purchase. Any questions please contact us.

The item was delivered and has a mark on it?

Some of the products sold here are described as having small cosmetic marks on them, some are so minor you would not notice them unless they were pointed out to you. With others, you won’t be able to see them once installed in the kitchen. If a product has clear damage it will be noted in the product description.

Are all items brand new with the warranty?

All items sold by Bluemoon are brand new and comes with full warranty unless stated otherwise.

Are all items the same quality as when you buy from your high street?

You get the same quality as you do when you buy from the high street but at a more affordable price. Most products come without its original packaging, some may have small cosmetic marks on them.

I have bought a fridge freezer how long till I can use it?

When the fridge is delivered let it stand for at least 5-6 hours before plugging it in, this is recommended by the manufacturers. Leaving the fridge for a longer period of time would help, this gives the fridge enough time to let the gas settle.
